Jobs

While there are many issues that will be discussed in this campaign and on this website, the main issue for the people in the 11th Congressional District and in our country is JOBS. Throughout all nine counties in our district, the concern for every family is either getting a job or keeping one. The preservation and expansion of the job base in our district is vital. I will do all I can to put forth initiatives that create jobs and encourage businesses to hire more. Additionally, it is important that the military bases in our district remain at their full compliment, not only to make sure that our country is protected, but the economies that survive around those bases are maintained and can thrive.

Government Waste

I have spent years speaking out about wasteful and greedy spending by the government. While I have seen a great deal of it in our state and fought against it, it has nothing on what is going on in Washington. I will scrutinize federal spending even more closely and will not be afraid to speak out when I see waste, fraud or mismanagement. My track record guarantees that.

Term Limits

I will never allow myself to be a Washington insider. My roots and life are in the 11th district and they will stay there. I am beholden to you as your servant. To that end, I make the pledge to you that I will only serve 3 terms in Congress.
